Most Guided Sessions are approximately 30 minutes long.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before showing up. Before your session, you may receive a short intake form to help guide the conversation and better understand where you are emotionally and spiritually. Afterward, you may receive homework like worksheets, journal prompts, or other homework.
